Travel agents can now customize up to four staterooms at once while booking individuals and groups on Espresso, the agent reservation system for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises.

'Stateroom Planner' widget

The 'Stateroom Planner' tool can take into account occupancy, promotional preferences, categories, packages and more.

When accessing Espresso to make a reservation, agents will now see the 'Stateroom Planner' widget with customization options readily available from start to finish. The feature will also automatically cross-reference clients' details before finalizing the booking, creating a more seamless and automated process for the agent overall.

Increased productivity

'The "Stateroom Planner" update is further testament to our dedication to the agent community,' said Dondra Ritzenthaler, SVP sales, trade support and service, Celebrity Cruises.

'A travel agent's time is precious, and "Stateroom Planner" is yet another significant feature we've added to help increase their productivity,' added Vicki Freed, SVP sales, trade support and service, Royal Caribbean International.

This latest update follows recently introduced Espresso features, including the ability to transfer one or more individual client bookings into group reservations, book into headquarter groups and make the side-by-side comparison of individual and groups pricing and availability.
