Seatrade Europe is nearly here! The unrivaled bi-annual gathering for the European cruise and river cruise community will open its doors at the Hamburg Messe + Congress in Germany on Wednesday 6 September.

Anchored on the overarching theme, “Scaling Sustainably,” this year’s conference will take a deep dive into topics surrounding the importance of continued reinvention and expansion that is both responsible and practical for the industry.

The three-day programme will cover topics including logistics & capacity in port; developing destinations; harnessing stakeholder relationships; and much more, plus, a whole day dedicated to exploring the intricacies of river cruising on Wednesday 7 September. Don’t miss the State of the European Cruise Industry: Insights on Scaling Sustainably keynote session, sponsored by Cruise Saudi on Wednesday morning.

The conference and exhibition is expected to welcome thousands of attendees from 90+ nations, including 400+ cruise line executives and an impressive lineup of 300+ exhibitors. Plus, it is co-located with MARINE INTERIORS Cruise & Ferry Global Expo, Europe's first stand-alone trade fair for interior design, equipment and technology for passenger ships.

Visit the Newcomer's Boulevard for a host of non-ports & destination suppliers including Geniox Services BV, Shore Link, The Perfect Cocktail and BMS Audio GmbH and see new destinations in the Destination Discovery Zone (new to Seatrade Europe). And, don’t miss returners, Meyer Werft GmbH & Co, Cruise Europe, Global Ports Holding, Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services and more.

Also new this year is the pre-scheduled meeting programme, allowing attendees to book meetings with each other ahead of, and during the show and the Commanders’ Club, offering cruise line executives and speakers access to a dedicated lounge onsite and additional VIP benefits.

Seatrade Europe never disappoints when it comes to networking, with a schedule brimming with informal and formal meeting opportunities to reconnect with cruise friends. There’s the Speakers Reception & 2023 Seatrade Cruise Awards (invite only) on Wednesday evening; and Wine-O-Clock at 4.30-6.30 Wednesday & Thursday in the Plaza.

Whilst visiting Seatrade Europe & Marine Interiors, make sure you factor in time to visit Hamburg Cruise Days on 8-10 September at the Port of Hamburg. The cruise festival will feature stunning ships and an engaging programme hosted along the waterfront. Attendees of Seatrade Europe, are invited to join the exclusive AIDAprima ship tour on Saturday, 9 September; a 90-minute exclusive ship tour through a true holiday paradise for the whole family.
