Inuit-inspired cuisine to feature on Quark Expeditions' Ultramarine sailings in the Arctic
Tundra to Table: Inuit Culinary Experience is a new feature introduced by Quark Expeditions and available on selected Ultramarine Arctic sailings in 2022/23.

Visiting Inuit homelands in Greenland and Nunavut over the years has resulted in Quark Expeditions building meaningful relationships with local communities.

Through those relationships, the expedition cruise operator has worked with local chefs to showcase the Inuit cuisine and culture of Greenland and Nunavut.

Fresh fish, free-roaming game

Pure ingredients are central such as seafood caught fresh from Arctic waters, and free-roaming game that consume naturally organic grass and vegetation.

The menus will reflect the culinary traditions of the region including muskoxen in Greenland or Arctic char in Nunavet.

Ultramarine, Quark Expeditions' first owned newbuild, joined the fleet last year.
