Visiting Inuit homelands in Greenland and Nunavut over the years has resulted in Quark Expeditions building meaningful relationships with local communities.
Through those relationships, the expedition cruise operator has worked with local chefs to showcase the Inuit cuisine and culture of Greenland and Nunavut.

Pure ingredients are central such as seafood caught fresh from Arctic waters, and free-roaming game that consume naturally organic grass and vegetation.
The menus will reflect the culinary traditions of the region including muskoxen in Greenland or Arctic char in Nunavet.
