This recommendation by the board of annual frequency for shareholders' 'say on pay' received the most votes of all the proposals at the company's annual meeting held Wednesday in London.
In other actions, shareholders approved Helen Deeble, ceo of P&O Ferries Division Holdings, as a director (following her appointment to the board in July 2016). They also re-elected directors Micky Arison, Arnold Donald, Sir Jonathon Band, Dick Glasier, Debra Kelly-Ennis, Sir John Parker, Stuart Subotnick, Laura Weil and Randall Weisenburger.
