Arnold Donald buys nearly $1m in CCL shares

Carnival chief Arnold Donald purchased 22,050 shares
Carnival Corp. President and CEO Arnold Donald purchased 22,050 CCL shares at an average price of $45.25 per share on June 25.

The Carnival chief acted on a day when the stock sank to a 52-week low of $45 in trading.

Following the transaction, Donald holds 226,939 shares directly and 376,975 shares indirectly.
