Have you taken Brightline? Brightline, soon to be Virgin Trains, is the first privately funded passenger rail system in America in over a century. Brightline is designed to reinvent travel and take cars off the road by connecting city pairs and congested corridors that are too close to fly and too long to drive. Providing fast, efficient, hospitality-driven transportation featuring the latest in customer-friendly amenities, Brightline currently operates in Florida between Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.

Brightline's Train to Port package is creating a stress-free start to South Florida travels. The only privately owned and operated intercity passenger rail service in the United States, has quickly been adopted by cruisers as a convenient, stress-free mode of travel. Cruisers sailing out of PortMiami, Port Everglades and Port of Palm Beach can take advantage of dedicated Train to Port packages that include parking, mimosas onboard and Lyft rides. Virgin MiamiCentral also features Central Fare, a food hub with multiple dining options from local favorites just a few blocks from PortMiami.

Plan Your Trip

While planning your trip to the Seatrade Cruise Global 2020, or a Carribean cruise, book a ticket on a Brightline train to ease your travels with car-free, carefree connectivity. Learn more about transportation solutions connecting South Florida ports from Brightline’s President Patrick Goddard who will be speaking at Seatrade Cruise Global 2020.

Expanding Reach

Due to high demand, Brightline stations will begin service by the end of 2020 at PortMiami, Boca Raton and Aventura complementing downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach stops. Construction on Phase 2 expansion connecting South Florida to Orlando is also underway, ushering in the “Red Spike Era” and expected to begin service in 2022.
