World Voyager will operate two short 'Drake Fly & Sail Expeditions' on Dec. 7 and Dec. 19
Atlas Ocean Voyages added two seven-night Antarctica expeditions in December on the new World Voyager.

They'll depart Dec. 7 and Dec. 19, with flights over the Drake Passage in one direction.

From November through March, Atlas Ocean Voyages will offer more than 40 voyages of seven to 14 nights departing round-trip from Ushuaia, Argentina, aboard World Navigator, World Traveller and World Voyager.

'Drake Fly & Sail Expeditions'

Two 'Drake Fly & Sail Expeditions' fly travelers across the Drake Passage to embark or disembark directly from King George Island off the Antarctic peninsula.

World Voyager's Dec. 7 expedition will sail one-way from Ushuaia to King George Island for a weeklong journey. An additional complimentary pre-cruise hotel night in Buenos Aires, one-way private charter jet service from Buenos Aires, one-way return air service to Punta Arenas and a one-night post-cruise hotel stay in Punta Arenas are all included.

World Voyager's Dec. 19 trip will sail one-way from King George Island to Ushuaia for seven nights, plus a pre-cruise hotel night in Puna Arenas, one-way private charter jet service from Punta Arenas and one-way return air service to Buenos Aires are all included.

Longer cruises

Two 14-night expeditions on World Navigator bookend the season with calls at South Georgia, the South Sandwich Islands or the Falkland Islands:

The 'Antarctic Adventure Expedition' departing Nov. 6 will sail round-trip Ushuaia and includes private charter jet service from Buenos Aires and a pre-cruise hotel night.

World Navigator's 'Wild Falklands and Argentina Expedition' departing March 15 will sail round-trip Ushuaia with calls at the East and West Falkland Islands, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands. The journey includes round-trip private charter jet service from Buenos Aires and a pre-cruise hotel night.

Emergency medical evacuation included

All Atlas Ocean Voyages expeditions to Antarctica include emergency medical evacuation and return-to-home travel protection. This covers emergency medical transportation from the ship to a local treatment center or a return home, as medically required.

For a limited time, 'Soar. Explore. Save.' provides a promotional air credit for more than 90 expeditions from November and beyond. The air credit gives savings of up to $5,000 per suite and $3,500 per stateroom. The offer is available for new reservations through Sept. 30.
