The five-tier program provides benefits and exclusive offers for past passengers. Among these are special savings on select voyages, private cocktail parties with the captain and senior officers, and onboard credits up to $200 per person.
'I have met many customers who rebook while on board because they crave another adventure with us. This new program is our way of thanking them for their commitment to the brand,' said James Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages.
Travelers are automatically enrolled in the Atlas Yacht Club when they make their first booking. Using their loyalty number, they can register at MyAtlas to indicate personal preferences such as mini-bar beverages, preferred bed configuration, parka and rubber boot sizes, and any special requests such as distilled water for sleeping devices.
Based on number of nights sailed
Based on number of nights sailed, the loyalty program offers purple, bronze, silver and gold membership levels, culminating with the Captain’s Yacht Club for travelers who sail at least 201 nights. The purple level is for those who sail seven to 35 nights, bronze for 36 to 75 nights, silver for 76 to 125 nights and gold for 126 to 200 nights.
Savings apply to referrals, too
Additionally, Atlas passengers may refer friends and family to sail on their first expedition and the new guests will receive the applicable loyalty savings as offered.
