This came one week after selling $3.4m in shares, or a total $10.6m.

Predetermined trading plan compliance

According to filings, both share sales were made pursuant to a predetermined trading plan that satisfy the Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 10b5-1(c).

Bayley sold 49,155 shares in a series of trades on Wednesday at the weighted average price of $147.67 for a total of $7,258,719.

Still directly holds 49,695 shares

Bayley still directly holds 49,695 RCL shares.

The stock closed at $147.37 on Wednesday and was trading higher at Thursday market open.
