Pérez said the commission tier change announced this week is the first of many initiatives that will fall under the 'Onboard with You' umbrella.
The program defines Carnival's commitment to agents and includes a pledge to work with them and be accessible and engaged, to help them grow new and repeat customer business, to recognize innovative agents and to seek agent feedback.
'Onboard with You' also highlights the sales leadership team; Carnival said its business development managers have been with the line an average of 16 years and are committed to helping agents increase their business.
Plus, the program features programs offered to drive business growth and success. New elements will be introduced on an ongoing basis.
