First up is a cruise to Amsterdam on Saturday, before sailing to Bremerhaven Germany. On Monday the ship begins a series of cruises with CMV’s sister company TransOcean sailing to the Norwegian Fjords on a 9-night cruise.
55,820gt Vasco da Gama is a new addition to the CMV fleet that underwent a major refurbishment in 2015. Onboard facilities include a two-tiered show lounge, panoramic seascape Dome and Blue Room with Five lounge bars and four entertainment venues.
Restaurant venues
Catering facilities include three main Waterfront Restaurants serving Mediterranean and Eurasia dishes with flexible sittings. In addition, there are two speciality restaurants – The Grill and Chef’s Table, where supplements apply and a buffet style Club Bistro.
Accommodation includes 120 balcony cabins and 29 suites.
Onboard facilities
The three-decked atrium includes a shopping galleria, cinema, casino, bridge and card room, arts and crafts area, coffee shop and library. There are two swimming pools and the main pool has a retractable roof, wellness centre with beautiful spa amenities, hair and beauty facilities and gym.
