Jim Carroll, a futurist, trends and innovation expert, will deliver a keynote address during the general session to promote collaboration and innovation within the cruise industry.
Ernst & Young, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, will present insights into some of the challenges the industry faces and how they are driving business transformations in areas like operations, strategy, security, technology, guest experience and innovation for cruise lines and suppliers.
The summit will take place at the InterContinental Miami and is a member-only event open to CLIA’s Executive Partners and cruise lines.
