Frank Del Rio - Ringing the opening bell celebrates the significant milestones NCLH has achieved since going public five years ago this month
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' top management will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday to celebrate the five-year anniversary of the company's initial public offering and its recent NYSE listing.

The company began trading on the NYSE Dec. 19, following the transfer of its shares from the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

'Ringing the bell at the NYSE is an honor and an incredible way to celebrate the significant milestones we have accomplished over the last five years,' NCLH president and CEO Frank Del Rio said. He added this would be on behalf of the company's entire team around the world, from ship to shore, and its investors.

Del Rio will be joined by several members of the management team to ring the opening bell at 9:30 a.m. ET. A live feed of the event, starting at 9:26 a.m., will be broadcast here.
