Available online through Agent Power, Avoya’s proprietary Travel Agency Operating System, Avoya University offers courses that provide insight and best practices on topics such as business, sales tips, travel industry education and more, presented by expert Avoya staff members and supplier partners.
Avoya University also includes a robust program for Independent Agencies new to the Avoya Travel Network. This new series demonstrates different aspects of Agent Power and provides suggested best practices delivered in an interactive format with optional one-on-one sessions.
In a test group, Independent Agencies new to the Avoya Travel Network that chose to participate in the Avoya University program achieved higher sales compared to those agencies joining the Network before Avoya University was launched.
