Kritzman focuses on corporate transactions with a particular emphasis on maritime transactions and regulatory matters. He counsels clients on financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate investigations and government relations. Earlier he spent 13 years at Norwegian Cruise Line. In addition to his role as general counsel, he held various executive and management responsibilities.
Kritzman earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his B.S. in economics from the University of Florida.
