The former Costa Firenze is scheduled to join sister brand Carnival in 2024 and will sail year-round from Long Beach, California, to destinations in Baja and the Mexican Riviera.

'When the ship joins our fleet, she's going to bring our valued guests a new experience that complements our signature fun with the ship's spectacular Italian atmosphere.'

Carnival Firenze will offer the new 'Carnival Fun Italian Style' experience, which debuts with the June 2023 arrival of Carnival Venezia in New York.
The concept will have many familiar Carnivval venues, plus several new concepts such as Italian-themed restaurants, bars and entertainment.
