Karen Christensen, SVP and MD Australasia, said the company will be supported by the public relations and corporate communications team at Crystal’s US office in Miami to run the day-to-day press office function, media familiarisation programme, social media and industry relations.
Major milestones
'The office has grown considerably since we opened in 2017 and we are very fortunate to have a team of brand experts in place and ready to spearhead the public relations and corporate communications objectives as we approach major milestones in 2020,’ Christensen said.
She said these include the launch of Crystal Endeavor in August and its 30th anniversary year.
‘We have enjoyed an excellent partnership with Susie Westwood and The Brandman Agency Australia, dating back many years, and we would like to thank her and her team for the enthusiasm and dedication they have shown over this time,’ Christensen said.
She said The Brandman Agency remains Crystal’s agency of record in the United States.
