Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours has announced a series of ‘Ultimate Voyages’ ranging from 17 days up to 30 days duration on 228 passenger Scenic Eclipse arriving in early 2019.

New Arctic destinations join the Mediterranean, South American, and European itinerary line up, including the Russian and Canadian Arctic, and an expansion of its European Arctic itineraries, as well as new cruises along North America’s East Coast.

Scenic has also introduced new departures in Antarctica, South Georgia and Falkland Islands sailings.

Itineraries spanning 17 days up to 30 days duration

By combining Eclipse itineraries a 17-day Ultimate Mediterranean Discovery, puts the history and cultures of the Portuguese, Moors, Spaniards, French, Romans and Greeks in focus, while the longest combi – a 30-day Ultimate Chilean Fjords & Antarctica, uses Lima and Buenos Aires as bookends to a journey through the Patagonian Fjords and the Antarctica Peninsula.

Guaranteed early-bird savings and a choice of a helicopter or submarine exploration excursion, are being touted as booking and those who also pay in full by Oct 31, 2018 will receive an additional savings of up to $750 per person.

23 days Oslo to Reykjavik exploring the Arctic and Iceland

Other Ultimate Voyages sailings include: 19 days along North America’s eastern seaboard from Halifax to Nassau, Bahamas; 23 days from Barcelona to Venice, exploring antiquities; 24 days from Barcelona to Bergen taking in the Iberian Peninsula, British Isles and Scandinavia; 20 days exploring Cuba, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and Peru; 23 days exploring the Arctic’s and Iceland’s glaciers, fjords and volcanoes - from Oslo to Reykjavik; 22 days from Reykjavik to Quebec, taking in Iceland and Greenland and 25 days with highlights of Norway’s west coast and the White Sea of Russia and its islands.

‘Guests on these sailings will see and do more on these two- to four-week itineraries than most people do in years of travel,’ commented Scenic’s vp US brand management, Joelle Davis.

A second 'discovery yacht' is scheduled for delivery in May 2020.
