Royal Caribbean's Michael Fettes signs on with MSC Cruises in GM role

Michael Fettes will help manage the opening and operation of what's set to be the largest cruise terminal in North America
Royal Caribbean veteran Michael Fettes joined MSC Cruises as general manager of the new MSC Miami Cruise Terminal.

He will help manage the opening and operation of this PortMiami facility that's set to be the largest cruise terminal in North America.

Fettes reports directly to Albino di Lorenzo, SVP port operations & government relations, MSC Cruises USA.

Eighteen years at Royal Caribbean

Fettes spent 18 years with Royal Caribbean Group, most recently as senior manager, terminal operations for the company's Oasis-class Terminal A at PortMiami.

Earlier roles included account manager of guest port services, responsible for managing a portfolio of worldwide terminal operations.
