Steph Armengol's transfer to NCL 'deepens the leadership talent bench'

Steph Armengol brings NCL a wealth of operational experience, according to his new boss, Mark Kansley
Steph Armengol, VP hotel operations for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises for the past six years, transferred to Norwegian Cruise Line with the same title.

He reports to Mark Kansley, SVP hotel operations, who said: 'Steph brings with him a wealth of operational experience to deepen our leadership talent bench and support the continued growth of NCL. Steph will oversee the housekeeping division.'

Arturo Guerrero

Arturo Guerrero, VP hotel operations and newbuild delivery — with an impressive 50-year tenure at NCL — remains responsible for terminal check-in operations, guest services and hotel newbuild delivery.

Julio Mora (Oceania Cruises) and Nicola Volpe (Regent), who lead hotel operations at their respective brands and previously reported to Armengol, now answer directly to Franco Semeraro, SVP hotel operations, Oceania and Regent.
