A flash mob presenting Neapolitan classical songs welcomed cruise passengers at the Port of Naples, Italy on May 13.

Disguised as port workers, hostesses and security officers, the professional artists – some of whom were from the Teatro San Carlo choir – met cruise passengers as they returned to their respective ships after a day out in the city. The performers went on to sing two of the most famous Neapolitan songs in the world: Funiculì Funiculà and O sole mio.

Stazione Marittima

Stazione Marittima – a multipurpose cruise terminal managed by Terminal Napoli which organised the flash mob – was hosting Royal Caribbean Cruises’ Wonder of the Seas, Celebrity Cruises’  Celebrity Edge and Seabourn’s Seabourn Quest when the event took place.
