Today the company gave more details about the 11,400sq ft spa on the newbuild that is close to being handed over at T. Mariotti.
The Kneipp walk provides a circular basin separated into areas of cold and warm water that are intended to stimulate capillary circulation and metabolism, and to soothe pain.
Also new to the Sojourn spa are cocooning recliners, an herbal bath facility and an aroma steam bath with salt inhalation.
The new Spa Cabana is furnished with lounge chairs and sofas where spa-goers can catch sea breezes. The décor includes colorful coral-themed artwork.
The spa will house six treatment rooms and the single Spa Villa. Available for rental, the villa provides a treatment area large enough for two with a shower, a bathtub for two, a private balcony for sunbathing, a full living room area, a dining space and a double daybed.
Also available on Seabourn Sojourn are a full-service salon and a thermal suite with eight heated loungers, the cocooning recliners, the aroma steam bath with salt inhalation and a unisex herbal bath. The women’s changing area sports a Bio sauna, while the men’s area offers a traditional Finnish sauna.
The fitness center includes a a motion studio with the latest version of the Kinesis System and an area featuring a Thai mat for Thai massages.
Steiner Leisure will operate the Sojourn spa, which uses Elemis products and employs staff trained and authorized to administer the SkinCeuticals skin care line.
