Grand Classica's test cruise will carry fully vaccinated volunteers
Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line received the green light from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to conduct a simulated sailing.

The two-night cruise will sail June 25 aboard Grand Classica, round-trip Palm Beach, Florida.

Fully vaccinated volunteers

Bahamas Paradise said a small group of pre-selected passengers fully vaccinated for COVID-19 will join fully vaccinated crew for the test cruise to Grand Bahama Island.

The fact the line is operating a test cruise indicates it will will not have a vaccination mandate when actual sailings start.

Plan for July 2 resumption

The line plans to resume regular service July 2, pending approval from the CDC.
