Some longer voyages will be rescheduled to comparable dates in 2022
Holland America Line canceled all cruise departures through March, select longer voyages, and US-based cruises of eight days or longer until Nov. 1, 2021.

The certain longer voyages canceled are in Asia, Australia/New Zealand and South America through mid-April. Some will be rescheduled to comparable dates in 2022.

Credit or refund

Travelers on impacted voyages through March will automatically receive a future cruise credit. Those who have paid in full will receive a 125% FCC while those with bookings not paid in full will receive an FCC of double the amount of their deposit. The minimum FCC is $100 and the maximum will be an amount up to the base cruise fare paid.

The FCCs are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used to book sailings departing through Dec. 31, 2022.

Longer voyages through April 2021 to sail in 2022

Travelers booked on several longer voyages to South America aboard Westerdam, Asia aboard Noordam and Australia/New Zealand aboard Oosterdam will be shifted to similar dates and itineraries in 2022. Those on the 'Voyage of the Vikings' cruise, scheduled to depart July 9 aboard Zaandam, will be moved to a similar date in 2022.

Those moving to a new voyage in 2022 will receive a $150 per person shipboard credit, protected pricing and equivalent stateroom category.

Or a refund

Travelers who prefer a 100% refund should use this online form no later than Dec. 31 this year.

HAL previously canceled all departures on all ships through Dec. 31 and select Hawaii and grand voyage itineraries in early 2021.

Seabourn

Seabourn canceled a series of 2021 voyages for two ships. This applies to select cruises on Seabourn Odyssey and Seabourn Quest.

Select Seabourn Odyssey voyages from Jan. 16 to Nov. 5 will not operate.

Weeklong Alaska still on

Seven-day Alaska/British Columbia and Pacific Coast sailings, however, have not been canceled.

Canceled on Seabourn Quest are voyages longer than seven days that call at a US port during the period July 22 to Nov. 6.

Travelers paid in full will automatically receive a 125% future cruise credit or may request a refund. Those with deposits on bookings will receive a 125% FCC of the amount paid or may request a refund.

FCCs are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used for cruises departing through 2022.
