Bolidt’s director for maritime, Jacco van Overbeek, said the company is seeing high demand from the luxury segment for its decking solutions.

‘The luxury cruise segment continues to be a highly significant market for Bolidt, and as established participants grow and new players emerge, demand for our products from luxury operators is stronger than ever,’ van Overbeek stated. ‘These operators and their customers have exceptionally high standards in regard to style and the environment, so it is encouraging to see Future Teak, in particular, confirm its position as the decking solution of choice.’

Silver Nova

The 243 mtr Silver Nova has an innovative asymmetrical deck layout, for which Bolidt supplied its versatile, environmentally-responsible solution, Bolideck Future Teak, as well as stone-effect flooring and prefabricated parts, including benches and steps. In addition, as part of recent retrofit works, Bolidt refurbished all decks across the existing Silversea fleet.

Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

Since providing Future Teak and Bolideck Select Soft for Ritz-Carlton’s Evrima, Bolidt has followed up with the same products for Ilma, launching 2024. The vessel’s sports court, jogging track and pool deck are among the areas benefiting from the solutions’ durability and non-slip properties.

Orient Express

The 220 mtr Orient Express Silenseas launching 2026 will feature Bolideck Future Teak, combining sophistication and sustainability.
