Veteran cruise figure
Shaw had joined Virgin Voyages after 11 years at Royal Caribbean, where her most recent role was associate VP sales & business development. Earlier cruise jobs included business development manager at Carnival Cruise Line and director of on-board revenue and shore excursion sales at Renaissance Cruises.
