The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
A week ago Bloomberg said Viking was looking to raise at least $500m and working with Bank of America Corp., JPMorgan Chase, UBS Group and Wells Fargo, with an eye to a possible listing as early as the second quarter.
