The first Jamie’s Italian restaurant at sea was launched in 2014 aboard Quantum of the Seas and it is now in eight RCI ships.
Oliver also has 73 restaurants in 22 countries and has written 27 books which have sold 54m copies.

Biggest season
Royal Caribbean was also celebrating the launch of its biggest Australian 2023-24 season.
As reported here, its three ships in Australia — Brilliance of the Seas, Quantum of the Seas and Ovation of the Seas — will carry around 250,000 passengers.
Of these, more than 90,000 will sail from Sydney in Ovation of the Seas.
