Regent Seven Seas Cruises' new Seven Seas Grandeur will have new and exclusive spa treatments when it debuts in November.

Two new Serene Spa & Wellness treatments involve an amber and quartz crystal bed. They are the Hot Mineral Body Boost to alleviate muscular pain and remove toxins and the Poultice-Powered Muscle Release to work away aching muscles with an invigorating treatment that finishes with a facial massage.

And for the new Zero Gravity Wellness Massage, an advanced treatment table has eight positions to reach every muscle group.

All three new treatments are 75 minutes long and priced at $299 each.

New Regent Suite treatment

In addition, a new treatment – the Tahitian Hydration Ritual –  was created exclusively for those staying in the palatial, 4,443-square-foot Regent Suite, which has its own private spa and comes with unlimited included spa treatments. This 75-minute ritual uses warmed monoi oil, frangipani flowers and coconut oil in a body wrap.

Designed by Studio DADO, Serene Spa & Wellness has an entry that sets the tone by introducing a floral motif carried throughout the space. The delicate design suggests rebirth and rejuvenation.

The spa's relaxation room offers a sense of privacy and enchantment, as though spa-goers are inside a topiary maze. Outside are three whirlpools and a lounge area.

There's also a hydrothermal suite where spa-goers can relax before or after spa treatments with a multisensory aromatherapy steam room, chill room, infrared sauna and experiential showers.

Beauty and fitness

Hair and nail care are provided in the beauty salon.

Fitness equipment includes spinning bikes, dumbbells, treadmills, Technogym strength machines, workout mats and step benches. Among the group classes are Pilates, yoga and meditation, and one-on-one training will be available, too.

Dining selections and excursions

Extending beyond the spa are nutritious dining selections and wellness-themed shore excursions.

Serene Spa & Wellness Selections are offered in many Seven Seas Grandeur restaurants and include plant-based cuisine.

On land, Serene Spa & Wellness Tours include, for example, soaking in mineral-rich thermal springs in Rome and a yoga class overlooking the seaside town of Taormina, Sicily.
