AmaLea is a sister vessel of this year's AmaKristina. It features twin balconies in most staterooms, four suites, interconnecting accommodations and triple occupancy staterooms. A Chef's Table, heated sun deck pool with swim-up bar, fitness center and spa and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout are among the other amenities.
Travelers aboard AmaLea will have expanded biking and hiking options next cruise season. Also debuting in 2018 is AmaWaterways' complimentary ‘Sip and Sail’ cocktail hour serving premium beer, wine and spirits in the cocktail lounge each evening before dinner.
AmaLea will enter service with six 'Tulip Time' cruises from Amsterdam before seven-night sailings on the Danube River between Vilshofen and Budapest with optional three-night pre- or post-cruise land programs in Munich and Prague. Topping off the 2018 season will be four Christmas market cruises on the Danube.
