Faulds will oversee the development of Cruise Planners’ portfolio of marketing programs designed to target travelers and boost franchise owners’ reach. Cruise Planners provides agents with branded marketing materials, allowing them to focus on selling travel.

At the Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she most recently served as director of marketing, Faulds was an integral part of the team that rebranded Greater Fort Lauderdale from a spring break mecca to its current year-round international leisure and meetings destination stature through marketing programs, including the 'Hello Sunny' brand campaign and award-winning Sunny.org website.
Faulds has collaborated with Cruise Planners on marketing initiatives targeting travel advisers, pre- and post-cruise visitors and LGBT-travel, including the successful 'Love is Love' event celebrating same-sex marriage equality.
