NCL Corp. prices upsized $600m senior notes offering
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings subsidiary NCL Corp. entered into an agreement to sell $600m senior unsecured notes at 4.625% in a private offering. The notes are due November 2020. The size of the offering was increased from $500m.

The company said the proceeds will be used to redeem and discharge its outstanding 5% senior notes due 2018 and for other general corporate purposes. Those may include debt repayment and/or opportunistic repurchases of common stock from time to time under NCL's ongoing share repurchase program.

The notes were offered only to qualified institutional buyers outside the United States.
