Celebrity chefs Ainsley Harriott MBE, Si King and Jean-Christophe Novelli MBE will join Sky Princess for a seven-night gastronomy-focussed sailing later in the year.

It is the third year running that Princess Cruises has hosted its Culinary Stars cruise, which this year will offer passengers the chance to hear from the three chefs and watch live culinary demonstrations.

The France and Spain itinerary, which includes calls in Guernsey (St. Peter Port), La Rochelle, Bilbao and La Coruna, gets underway September 16 with Sky Princess sailing roundtrip from Southampton.

The celebrity chefs

Harriott, whose latest series is ITV’s Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours, is one of the UK's most well-known TV chefs having hosted 21 series of BBC1’s Ready Steady Cook. In 2020, he was awarded an MBE in recognition of his services to broadcasting and the culinary arts.

King and his partner chef Dave Myers form ‘The Hairy Bikers’ who for the past 20 years have created dishes all over the world, both with Michelin-starred chefs and local villagers, creating their own take on cooking classics.

An award-winning chef, author, and restaurateur, Novelli has received some of the highest accolades during his career, such as Michelin stars, AA Rosette Winning Chef and was recently awarded an MBE for his work with charities.
