Galmiche will hold masterclasses using locally sourced produce to create French-Mediterranean regional specialities and will work alongside the ship’s executive chef.
From Montoir in Western France, stops include the Loire Valley with an overnight stay in Bordeaux. The ship will then sail to Portugal, France and Guernsey.
Expert wine writer and broadcaster Ewan Lacey will also join Galmiche to share his wine tasting knowledge.
The ship departs Dover September 28 2020 on a 12-night sailing.
