Crystal River Cruises widens seven-day options in 2020

Crystal Mozart and the four identical sister ships Crystal Bach, Crystal Debussy, Crystal Mahler and Crystal Ravel will sail an array of seven- to 16-day itineraries in 2020.

'In 2020, with more seven-day itineraries and a fleet of five stunning ships, we are delighted to offer our guests more choices than ever.'

Oberammergau package

2020 offers the opportunity to attend the Oberammergau decennial performance in conjunction with select Crystal Mahler, Crystal Debussy and Crystal Ravel sailings. Special itineraries and shoreside experiences highlighting Christmas markets will also be available.

Rhine and Moselle cruises will be offered on Crystal Bach and Crystal Debussy, including seven-night journeys between Basel and Amsterdam. The voyage features overnights in Koblenz and Amsterdam, plus calls at Cologne, Rüdesheim and Mannheim, Germany; and Strasbourg, France.

'Tulips and Windmills,' seven nights, round-trip Amsterdam, is bookended by overnight stays in the city, plus calls at Kinderdjik, Hoorn, Rotterdam and Middleburg, Netherlands; and Ghent and Antwerp, Belgium.

'Enchanting Moselle,' 10 nights, round-trip Amsterdam, offers overnight calls in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Trier, Germany; plus stops at Dusseldorf, Koblenz, Bernkastel, Chochem and Bonn, Germany; and Arnhem, Netherlands.

'Rhine Christmas Markets' is a 10-night voyage sailing between Amsterdam and Basel that begins and ends with double overnights in each city. As well, there are overnights in Koblenz and Rüdesheim (northbound only) Germany, calls at Speyer, Breisach, Cologne and Mainz (northbound only), Germany; and Strasbourg (northbound only).

Danube cruises will be offered aboard Crystal Mozart, Crystal Mahler and Crystal Ravel.

These include seven-night 'Delightful Danube' sailings between

Budapest and Regensburg sailings with overnights in Budapest, Regensburg and Vienna and calls at Dürnstein and Melk, Austria; and Passau, Germany, as well as cruising the Wachau Valley.

'Danube Serenade,' seven nights, between Vienna and Budapest, provides overnights in Vienna and Budapest and calls at Weissenkirchen (Crystal Mozart only), Dürnstein, Melk, Linz and Krems, and Bratislava, Slovakia, plus Wachau Valley cruising.

'Treasures of the Danube,' 10 nights, round-trip Vienna, begins and ends with overnights in the city, as well as in Budapest and Passau. Stops include Bratislava, Dürnstein, Melk and Linz, with Wachau Valley cruising.

Danube, Rhine and Main combined

'Grand Europe,' 16 nights, between Budapest and Amsterdam, features overnights in the two cities plus Vienna and (westbound only) Regensburg and (eastbound only) Rüdesheim. The itinerary includes Bratislava, Dürnstein, Melk, Passau, Regensburg, Nürnburg, Rüdesheim, Bamberg, Cologne, Miltenberg and Würzburg, as well as Koblenz and the middle Rhine River Valley on the westbound route.

Holiday cruises

Crystal Ravel sails a 12-night holiday voyage on Dec. 21, from Regensburg to Vienna with New Year's Eve in Vienna. Crystal Bach departs Dec. 22 on an 11-night holiday voyages from Basel to Amsterdam with New Year’s Eve in Amsterdam. Crystal Mahler sails Dec. 23 on a 10-night Vienna to Budapest itinerary with New Year’s Eve in Budapest.

Fares for Crystal River Cruises’ 2020 voyages start at $2,549 per person.
