Scenic Group USA, the parent of Emerald Cruises and Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, hired four veteran sales professionals.

Manny Celdran is senior director of field sales and will oversee the regional sales directors, including Denise Reichwein Lees (Northeast), Garette Ziem (Midwest) and Georgia Ridenhour (Southwest).

Manny Celdran

Twenty-five year industry veteran Celdran spent most of his career with Celebrity Cruises, climbing the ranks from sales associate to senior manager positions. He has a reputation for building meaningful industry relationships while managing large sales teams and driving results. He is also known for helping young, up-and-coming performers, developing the next generation of leaders.

Celdran will report directly to Fettes.

Denise Reichwein Lees

Reichein Lees, wth 36 years of experience including 20 years on the travel agency side of the business, previously worked for MSC Cruises USA as a sales director and Royal Caribbean International as a business development manager in Eastern Pennsylvania. She's chalked up consistent triple-digit increases in revenue and passenger count.

Richwein Lees' Northeast territory includes Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Massachusettes, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Garrete Ziem

Ziem began his 25-year career in travel with GOGO Vacations, rising quickly to become business development manager. He then held sales and marketing management positions at several hotel companies before most recently serving as director of sales and marketing for Tru by Hilton Indianapolis, where he drove revenue and brand awareness. Ziem is known for supporting travel advisors and developing long-term relationships.

His Midwest territory includes Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio and Wisconsin.

Georgia Ridenhour

Ridenhour, with 15 years in luxury travel industry sales and marketing, previously headed the partnership sales, marketing and publishing division as VP at Andrew Harper Travel. She and her team served more than 700 global partnerships annually, including several ocean, river and expedition cruise and yachting partners. Before joining Scenic, Ridenhour served as the global travel trade business and partnership development director for a worldwide yacht charter company.

Her Southwest territory includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisana and New Mexico.
