Silversea taps Teresa Ignacio to lead global call center operations

Teresa Ignacio's prior roles were at companies including Visa, Conduent, Samsung and Dell.
Silversea Cruises appointed Teresa Ignacio as AVP global guest services. Based in Miami, she'll lead the company's contact centers.

Ignacio reports to Massimo Brancaleoni, SVP global sales, and collaborate with each of Silversea’s regional managing directors.

Bracaleoni said Ignacio brings a wealth of call center operations expertise.

Joins from Visa

With 25 years of experience, she previously served as VP consumer support for Visa. Prior roles were in service delivery and support at major technology and electronics companies including Conduent, Samsung and Dell.

Ignacio began her career in the Philippines, where she worked in shipping and telco industries, before going on to lead service operations in consumer electronics in Asia Pacific. She relocated to the US in 2013.
