Tauck expands Australia presence with a second national account manager

David Clark, Tauck’s country manager Australia, said the appointment of a national account manager for Queensland and Victoria demonstrates the company’s commitment to the local market.

The new role has been taken up by Jerry Pilgrim, former sales manager Queensland for Hurtigruten, who is based in Brisbane and reports directly to Clark.

Second national account manager

Pilgrim, a Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society, joins Helen Eves who joined Tauck in January 2020 as National Account Manager for New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Western Australia.

Ambitious growth plans

‘We have no doubt that Jerry’s expertise will support our ambitious plans for growth and develop closer relationships with our travel industry partners,’ Clark said.

Pilgrim said he looks forward to working with key travel agency partners and the local team.

‘I am delighted to join Tauck at such an exciting time of growth as Australians seek unique travel experiences across the globe,’ he said.
