Amadeus Cara sailing classical music-themed itinerary

Amadeus Cara will sail an eight-day classical music-focussed itinerary on the Rhine in autumn 2022.

 The Amadeus River Cruises vessel departs October 18 from Amsterdam where passengers will stay overnight. It will call Utrecht, Cologne, Cochem, Koblenz, Rüdesheim, Speyer, Strasbourg and conclude in Basel. 

Itinerary highlights

As part of the ‘Classical Music on the Rhine’ itinerary, passengers will attend private concerts at St. Thomas Church in Strasbourg, the Dominicus Church in Amsterdam and Beethoven’s house in Bonn, and have the chance to see famous artists play, including organist Daniel Maurer.

Musical entertainment onboard will be provided by the Dudok Quartet and the Nathan Quartet. 

Prices start at £1,686 per person if booked before February 28, which includes all meals, wine with lunch and dinner, onboard entertainment, two shore excursions in Heidelberg and Strasbourg and complimentary use of onboard bicycles and port taxes.
