Rhapsody of the Seas spends rollicking Carnival in Trinidad

Trinidad Tourism Ltd. provided food, drinks and entertainment quayside at Port of Spain to welcome Rhapsody of the Seas passengers
Trinidad, known for its exuberant Carnival celebrations each February, is hosting Rhapsody of the Seas for the full five-day event.

The Royal Caribbean International ship is on charter to Mas Bands. Many revelers flew in to stay onboard.  

Welcome festivities quayside

Trinidad Tourism Ltd. provided food, drinks and entertainment quayside at Port of Spain to welcome passengers. Fresh coconut drinks, juices and food were complimentary, according to Charles Carvalho, CEO, Carvalho's Agencies, who said this type of greeting is offered for special events and maiden calls.

Most passengers purchased a package in advance that included costumes to participate in the famous Carnival street parades.
