Royal Caribbean International will be joining Carnival Cruise Line in substituting Norfolk, Virginia, for cruise calls that had been scheduled in Baltimore.

This follows the collapse of Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge earlier this week, which closed the harbor.

Vision of the Seas will end its current cruise on April 4 in Norfolk. Royal Caribbean will be providing compensation and free shuttle transportation to passengers along with Wi-Fi and phone calls to adjust their travel arrangements.

April 4 and 12 cruises from Norfolk

Vision of the Seas' April 4 and April 12 cruises will sail from Norfolk, with Royal Caribbean providing compensation to passengers for the necessary travel adjustments.

After returning from the April 12 cruise, Vision of the Seas will be going to Grand Bahama Shipyard for previously scheduled maintenance work.
