The move comes ahead of Celestyal Discovery’s maiden voyage next month and following the refurbishment of Celestyal Journey last year.

The line’s CCO Lee Haslett said, ‘We know from our guests and agents that unmissable dining experiences are an incredibly important element of the cruising experience. At Celestyal we constantly strive to keep bringing our guests authentic, original, and delicious food options both onboard our ships and ashore…’

Scope of changes

The Mediterranean-style brasserie, Grill Seekers, is available for dinner on both ships and now offers Brazilian Picanha steak, American Wagyu, Argentinian black angus beef, Australian lamb chops, Danish pork tomahawk and veal. A selection of seafood is also on offer including a variety of fresh Aegean fish fillets, Cuban lobster and jumbo shrimp.

Following passenger feedback, the Italian-style, unlimited antipasto platter remains available, and a refreshed dessert offering now includes Crêpe Suzette flambé, rum baba and warm Kunafeh.

The Pink Moon restaurant, exclusive to Celestyal Journey, features a revised Asian-inspired menu, complete with ramen and noodle bowls. The restaurant décor has been designed to replicate Japanese interiors, taking inspiration from their traditional architecture.

Pricing

Alongside the enhanced menus, a new pricing approach has been implemented with items now costed individually, allowing greater flexibility for guests.

The restaurants, in addition, are now included in a 25% discount when passengers purchase the Celestyal Plus+ Experience package, which also features the premium ‘Sky High’ drinks package, €150pp shore excursion credit and all port charges, gratuities and Wi-Fi.
