Royal Caribbean International opened bookings for Utopia of the Seas.

The ship is due to begin sailing from Port Canaveral in July 2024 on three- and four-night cruises to Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau.

'When you combine Utopia with Perfect Day, there will be no vacation like it,' said Michael Bayley, president/CEO, RCI.

New dining and bars

This sixth Oasis-class ship will offer five pools, a poolside food truck and the new Pesky Parrot Caribbean tiki bar. The Ultimate Abyss dry slide returns with new zoom booster rollers.

When it comes to dining, there's a new locomotive journey immersive experience, Giovanni's Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar will have two levels and a cantilevered terrace for alfresco dining, and Izumi in the Park comes with a take-away window in the Central Park neighborhood.

Best room mix

'Utopia has the best room mix of any Oasis-class ship we've delivered so far,' said Darren Buddin, director, product development, RCI. This includes two new Solarium Suites, high up on the front of the ship with 280-degree views and drop-down windows to experience the sea air, a living and dining area and the VIP Royal Suite Class experience.

'Three days will be never enough to experience everything that's available on Utopia and Perfect Day,' Bayley said. 'Our intention is that people have such an incredible time, they'll come back again and again and again and again.'
