Anderson took a leave of absence in April and has officially retired from Crystal.
Praise for Anderson
'We want to wish Jack all the best as he begins this new chapter in his life and cannot thank him enough for the leadership role he played during the acquisition of Crystal and the brand’s relaunch,' Levis said in a statement.
She continued: 'I will be overseeing the brand from an overall leadership perspective, and have appointed Kim Berman managing director for Crystal and A&K’s Aventura office. This will be in addition to her current role as chief legal and people officer of A&K Travel Group.'
Levis was instrumental in Crystal's acquisition and has been responsible for the brand since then.
Excited for Crystal's evolution
A respected veteran cruise line leader with a long tenure at Crystal, Anderson returned under new co-owner Manfredi Lefebvre d'Ovidio to build up and lead the Florida office for the brand's relaunch as part of A&K Travel Group.
'I am very excited about the evolution of Crystal,' Anderson told Seatrade Cruise News, 'pleased that we have secured the crew and officers, beautifully renovated the ships and created extraordinary new itineraries. I am deeply appreciative of Manfredi for the opportunity to bring Crystal back, and optimistic the team on board and ashore will serve our guests and travel partners with excellence.'

Berman joined A&K Group last September. Previously she spent four years as general counsel and SVP people & culture at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and earlier served as Silversea’s group counsel for almost 14 years.
Other changes
Some other organizational and reporting changes are taking place, and the company is recruiting for positions including SVP trade sales.
Meanwhile, Crystal is preparing to introduce its updated and transformed ships, with Crystal Serenity due to emerge late this month and Crystal Symphony to follow in early September. They have been undergoing work at Fincantieri's Trieste yard.
