The 143,535gt vessel stretches almost 300 meters/984 feet and has about 3,125 lower berths.

Norwegian Viva begins cruising the Mediterranean and Greek Isles Aug. 10. Naming festivities are set for Nov. 28 at PortMiami with Grammy-nominated and five-time Latin Grammy winner Luis Fonsi serving as godfather. The ship will then begin service from San Juan, Puerto Rico.
While Viva closely resembles 2022's Norwegian Prima, unique to the new ship is the at-sea debut of Tony Award-nominated production 'Beetlejuice,' based on Tim Burton’s 1988 film. Additional evening entertainment programming includes Press Your Luck Live, an immersive game show experience pulled straight from the television screen, offering audience members a chance to participate iand win prizes.
Deliveries through 2028
Prima-class deliveries are scheduled through 2028.

Next up: Prima Plus
From here on, the ships are going to increase in size, with 2025 and 2026's Prima Plus vessels to measure an estimated 156,000gt with 3,550 lower berths. The 2027 and 2028 newbuilds are estimated at 169,000gt, with no lower berth count announced yet.
For Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Fincantieri is also completing Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Seven Seas Grandeur at Ancona for delivery this year, and a second Allura-class ship, Allura, for Oceania Cruises in 2025.
