Viking's 'Discover More' sale offers North Americans new booking incentives across river, ocean and expedition voyages. From now through Jan. 31, 2024, North American travelers can get special fares, up to free airfare and a reduced $25 deposit for all itineraries, with additional savings for both new and returning customers.

Viking now explores all seven continents, with calls at more than 500 ports in over 85 countries.

Among its most popular itineraries are 'Viking Homelands,' 15 days between Stockholm and Bergen with overnights in Stockholm, Oslo and Bergen, and additional calls at the Åland Islands, Gdansk, Bornholm, Warnemünde (for Berlin), Copenhagen, Ålborg, Stavanger and Eidfjord.

'Empires of the Mediterranean,' 10 days bookended by Venice and Athens, visits nine ports in the Aegean and Adriatic, including the Greek Islands, Croatia and Slovenia.

'Rhine Getaway,' between Amsterdam and Basel, focuses on the stunning scenery of the Middle Rhine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, while 'Danube Waltz,' between Budapest and Passau, travels the Wachau Valley. another UNESCO Site. In the US, 'Heart of the Delta' is a 12-day Mississippi River program between New Orleans and Memphis.

Among Viking's expedition offerings are 'Great Lakes Collection,' 15 days between Ontario and Duluth, and 'Antarctic Explorer,' 13 days between Buenos Aries and Ushuaia.

Oceania Cruises is offering savings of up to 50% off per stateroom on 112 sailings in 2024 and 2025 for bookings made now through Feb. 29, 2024. The 'New Year Sale' features itineraries in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia/New Zealand, Alaska, Canada/New England and South America, ranging from seven to 32 days.

Featured sailings include 'Emirates & Adriatic Gems' aboard Riviera, Dubai to Trieste departing May 14, 2024. The 15-day journey includes Ionian and Adriatic seaports such as Corfu, Kotor and Split. The New Year Sale savings of 50% bring the starting price to $2,629 per person for a veranda stateroom.

'Mediterranean Stars' aboard Insignia, Dubai to Barcelona departing May 13, 2024 is a 24-day journey to cities along the Aegean and Adriatic seas. Destinations include Sicily, Sorrento/Capri and Monte Carlo. The 50% savings means fares start at $4,829 per person for a veranda room.

'Turkish Ovation' aboard Vista, Piraeus to Istanbul departing July 23, 2024 is a 10-day cruise that focuses on Turkey's historical highlights with additional calls at Santorini, Crete and Cyprus. With 35% savings, prices begin at $2,819 for a veranda room.

Explora Journeys' 'Total Luxury Offer'

Explora Journeys' first wave promotion on the US market offers up to 40% savings when travelers book an ocean terrace suite or ocean grand terrace suite. This is available for sailings on Explora I and Explora II up to April 2026, for reservations made by Jan. 24, 2024.

Deposits are reduced to 10% and travelers get €200 per person for on-board spending.

The US small-ship giant has a wave season deal for select spring 2024 'Historic Mississippi' river cruises round-trip New Orleans: free domestic air and savings up to $1,500.

Pearl Seas Cruises' free air

Pearl Seas Cruises' offer is for the newly announced 15-night 'Canadian Maritimes & St. Lawrence Seaway' cruise from Portland, Maine, to Toronto, embarking May 9. The deal includes free airfare from the US or Canada and savings up to $2,000.

Unforgettable Croatia's 25% discount

Unforgettable Croatia is dangling a 25% discount for select small-ship cruises booked before Jan. 31. This UK market offer is available for 26 sailings across six seven-night itineraries departing May to October.

Examples include the May 25 deluxe Split to Dubrovnik cruise aboard Phoenix 72, calling at Trogir, Hvar, Vis, Korcula, Mljet and Slano. Prices start at £1,580 per person, reduced from £2,095.
