AIDAmar sailing from Hamburg July 31, AIDAsol sailing the Caribbean this winter

AIDAmar will set sail from the Hanseatic city, initially calling Ijmuiden, Amsterdam and Rotterdam
AIDA Cruises’ AIDAmar will begin sailing seven-day voyages from Hamburg to Ijmuiden, Amsderdam and Rotterdam from July 31 to October 16, with bookings open today. AIDAsol takes over AIDAvita's Caribbean voyages, starting in October.

AIDAmar calling at ports in the Netherlands

The vessel will cruise from Germany every Saturday, staying overnight in each Dutch port where passengers will be offered the opportunity to participate in AIDA-organised shore excursions.

Calls at additional ports are set to be added as more destinations open up to cruise ships, the line states. 

It follows the resumption of cruise operations at Kiel and Rostock-Warnemünde.

AIDAsol sailing winter cruises in the Caribbean 

AIDAsol will sail a 40-day voyage in the Caribbean this winter, departing Hamburg on October 16 and returning November 25. 

Two further 43-day Caribbean voyages will follow, sailing from Hamburg November 25 and returning January 7, 2022. 

The two sailings were originally scheduled for AIDAvita.
