Azamara creates four new port-intensive cruises focused on festivities

Azamara crafted four new seven-night voyages that give time in port during local festivities in Europe and Southeast Asia.

'With these new itineraries, we invite our guests to spend even more time in port with us as they enjoy local festivities in wonderful countries such as Spain, Portugal, Singapore, Vietnam and beyond,' said Michael Pawlus, head of itinerary planning, Azamara.

Asian Holiday Voyage

Azamara Journey's 'Asian Holiday Voyage' sails from Singapore this Dec. 5. Offering 92 hours in port, the cruise provides two overnights in Ho Chi Minh City ahead of the famed Vietnamese festival celebrating the Lunar New Year, Tet Nguyen Dan. Passengers also overnight in Singapore experience Christmas festivities on Orchard Road with sparkling lights, decorations and holiday performances.

St. Patrick’s Day Iberian Voyage

Azamara Pursuit's 'St. Patrick's Day Iberian Voyage' sails round-trip Lisbon on March 16, 2024. The ship spends 80 hours in port so travelers can celebrate St. Patrick’s Day exploring Irish pubs alongside locals in Portimão, Portugal and get extended time in Cadiz, Málaga and Melilla plus a half day in Gibraltar.

Spanish Culture & History Voyage

Azamara Quest's Spain-intensive cruise embarks at Lisbon April 1, 2024 and provides 66.5 hours in port including an overnight in Seville, with calls at Portimao, Gibraltar, Cartagena and Palma de Mallorca en route to Barcelona.

Spanish Wine Discoveries Voyage

Travelers can celebrate the first day of Feria de Abril, the largest and most colorful festival in Seville, on Azamara Quest's Spain-intensive voyage embarking at Barcelona April 8, 2024. The cruise provides 83 hours in port with calls at Valencia, Alicante, Melilla, Málaga and Cadiz and concludes with an overnight in Lisbon.
