From April to November, Oosterdam joins Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam for a full season in Europe, while Zuiderdam sails the 35-day 'Voyage of the Vikings,' round-trip Boston (with 17- and 18-day segments Boston-Rotterdam/Rotterdam-Boston).
The port-intensive itineraries range from seven to 42 days.
More cruises focus on trending hot spots like the Holy Land, Iberia and Iceland. A new 28-day 'Arctic Circle Crossing' Legendary Voyage has five calls in Greenland and visits to Iceland, Norway's North Cape and Scotland. Iceland is offered in a variety of itineraries, starting at seven days.
Rotterdam returns as a homeport
Rotterdam returns as a homeport and will host two ships, Rotterdam and Nieuw Statendam, for round-trips to Northern Europe and the Baltic.
Beth Bodensteiner, chief commercial officer, noted Holland America ships will sail from 10 departure cities. Along with Rotterdam, they are Amsterdam, Barcelona, Civitavecchia (Rome), Trieste, Dover, Piraeus, Reykjavik, Boston and Fort Lauderdale.
Dover round-trips
New in 2025, HAL is adding 10 round-trip Dover itineraries aboard Nieuw Statendam, ranging from 14 to 28 days, offering a convenient embarkation homeport for British passengers.
Spanning the entire region, cruises visit the Baltic, British Isles, Canary Islands, French and Spanish rivieras, Israel, Mediterranean and Northern Europe, including Iceland, Greenland and Norway .
Overnight calls at 11 ports
Port overnights include Alexandria, Egypt; Barcelona, Haifa; Istanbul, Newhaven (Edinburgh), Reykjavik, Piraeus, Rhodes, Stockholm, Trieste and Valletta, Malta. There will be late evening departures from 32 ports across the region.
